1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 24phpark website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 24phpark Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single user is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

24phpark reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

24phpark supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

By making a deposit on 24phpark, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are the authorized owner of the payment method being used.
• You are not using 24phpark for any money laundering or financial fraud purpose.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 24phpark may request supporting documentation — such as a government-issued ID — before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing on your part.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 24phpark may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to its users. 24phpark does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 24phpark's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

24phpark collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12. Amendments to These Terms

24phpark reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

24phpark may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions — shall survive.

You may close your 24phpark account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 24phpark's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 24phpark will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
